ABOUT Dahi Papadi RECIPE

Made of rajgira flour, one can have it during fasting.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1 bowl rajgira atta
  2. 1/2 bowl curd
  3. Sea rock salt
  4. Handful of coriander leaves (cleaned, washed and chopped)
  5. Mint leaves (cleaned and washed)
  6. Green chutney
  7. Meethi chutney
  8. Upwas aloo bujiya
  9. 4 boiled potatoes
  10. oil

Instructions

  1. Knead soft dough adding salt, 1tsp oil and water.
  2. Make small puries with palm kept in between butter paper and keep aside.
  3. Prick the puries with a knife.
  4. Heat oil in kadai and deep fry the puries till golden brown in colour.
  5. Arrange puries in plate put boiled potatoes, salt,mithi chutney, green chutney, dahi, coriander leaves, aloo bujiya.
  6. Garnish with coriander leaves, aloo bujiya and mint leaves.
