Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. For tikki:-
  2. 4 boiled aloo peeled and mashed
  3. Salt to taste
  4. 1tsp. Sezwan souce
  5. 1/2 tsp. Red chilly powder
  6. 1/4tsp. Turmeric
  7. 1tsp. Tandoori masala
  8. 1/2 tsp. Chat masala
  9. 1 cup poha soaked
  10. 1cup crushed cornflakes
  11. 1tsp. Conflour added in water.
  12. For franky dough:-
  13. 2cups maida
  14. 3cups wheatflour
  15. 4tsp. Oil
  16. 1tsp. Chilly flakes
  17. Salt to taste
  18. For curd
  19. 1/2 cup curd
  20. hing pinch
  21. 1/4tsp. Red chilly
  22. Salt to taste
  23. 1/4tsp. Rai
  24. curry leaves
  25. Chat masala1/2 tsp.
  26. 1Carrot grated
  27. Cheese 2cubes grated
  28. 1 onion sliced
  29. Tomato souce (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1. Take a bowl add boil aloo.
  2. 2.then add all ingredients exept oil.
  3. 3.then mash and make it oval shape.
  4. 4. Now take a pan add oil and put tikki on it and do golden brown both side.
  5. 5. Keep aside tikkis.
  6. 6. Now take franky dough.
  7. 7. Mix all ingredients to make dough and medium 8 portion balls to make chapati. 8. Take tawa and ready to chapati.
  8. 9. Now take curd. Whisk it with whisker then add salt,chat masala, red chilly powder, then mix well. Now take a pan add 1tsp. Oil add hing, rai, curry leaves and put in curd.
  9. 10. Place a roti on plate. Put tikki on it. Then add grated carrot, sliced onion, grated cheese, and curd over it. Now cover both sides and you can microwave for 1mint serve hot.
