Bhagar Cutlets

Ingredients to make Bhagar Cutlets

  • 1 bowl samo rice
  • 1 ½ bowl water
  • Rock salt (sendha namak) as per taste
  • 1 small carrot grated
  • 5-6 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp grated ginger
  • 1 cup mash potato
  • Black pepper powder as per taste
  • Handful of fermented sabudana
  • ½ cup groundnuts powder

How to make Bhagar Cutlets

  1. Soak the samo rice in a water for an hour then drain out the water. Take a pan, add water, when it comes to boil add soaked samo rice. Let it boli for a minute, sim the gas and cover lid till it cooks.
  2. In a plate, take all the ingredients, mix them. Now add cooked samo rice in it, mix it properly and make an oval shape roll and fry it in oil.
  3. Serve with any green chutney.
