ABOUT Home made Fererro Rocher RECIPE

An easy way to make Ferrero Rocher chocolate at home.

Ingredients Serving: 25

  1. Hazelnut wafer biscuits: 100gm, crushed
  2. Toasted almonds- 150gm, finely chopped
  3. Nutella- 200gm
  4. Dark chocolate- 150gm (I used bournville)
  5. Oil- 1tbspn

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped almonds, crushed wafers and nutella and mix well. Cover and allow the mixture to chill in the refrigerator for 30min.
  2. After the mixture is chilled thoroughly, scoop out a heaped tsp of the mixture and shape them into balls. Cover and allow the balls to harden in the fridge for 30-45 min.
  3. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler with oil and let it cool.
  4. Using a toothpick, dip each truffle in the melted chocolate and place on a plate. After all the truffles are coated with chocolate, allow them to set in the fridge. You can either coat the truffles once or as many times as you like.

I love Fererro Rocher but it is very costly and now I can also make in home
