ABOUT White Chocolate Sago Kheer RECIPE

The recipie was developed for my husband who loves white chocolate.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Half cup sago /sabudhana/tapioca pearls
  2. Two cups of warm water
  3. One liter milk
  4. Half cup of grated white chocolate
  5. Two or three tbsp sugar to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak the sago /sabudhana in the warm water for half hour.
  2. Drain after half hour and set aside.
  3. Boil the milk in a saucepan.
  4. Add in the sago/sabhudana, lower the heat and keep stirring, till the sago turns translucent.
  5. Remove from heat and add in the sugar and chocolate.
  6. Let it sit and infuse for a while.
  7. Serve hot if desired or chilled. Enjoy the familiarity of the kheer with the the superiority of white chocolate.
