Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Green chillies long - 10
  2. Oil for Deep frying
  3. For stuffing: grind the below ingredients
  4. Tamarind (lemon sized)
  5. Dry roast Peanuts 1 cup
  6. Dry roast Sesame seeds 1/2 cup
  7. salt as desired
  8. Ajwain (vamu) 1 tea spoon
  9. Jeera 1 table spoon
  10. Water sufficient for thick paste
  11. For Garnishing:
  12. Onion 3 medium finely chopped
  13. coriander leaves 1 bunch
  14. Lemon 2
  15. Salt 1 tea spoon
  16. For batter:
  17. Finely seived Besan (gram flour) 1 & 1/2 cup
  18. Rice flour 1/2 cup for crispiness
  19. Salt as required
  20. Ajwain (vamu) 1/2 tea spoon

Instructions

  1. For stuffing: In a grinding jar, add all the ingredients and grind.
  2. Next, in a bowl add chopped onion, coriander leaves, salt and lemon juice mix well and keep a side.
  3. Slit green chillies, remove seeds and add the stuffing into it and keep it aside.
  4. Add ingredients used to make batter and mix well and make it as dosa batter.
  5. Dip stuffed green chillies in batter and deep fry chillies until a golden brown colour is achieved.
  6. After deep frying add those deep fried chillies in paper napkin and again make a deep slit and to that add the mixture made to garnish.
  7. Serve hot along with tomato sauce or green chilli sauce as desired.
