ABOUT Corn and Paneer Sabji RECIPE

Sunday special, tried something different, had 2-3 fresh corn and some Paneer in my fridge.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 2-3 fresh corn
  2. 200 gm paneer
  3. 2-3 onions
  4. 4-5 cloves garlic
  5. 1 Piece ginger
  6. 2 green chilli
  7. 2-3 tomato
  8. 1/3 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  10. 1 tsp everest shahi paneer masala
  11. 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
  12. 1 cup milk
  13. 2 tbsp butter
  14. 2 tbsp oil
  15. salt for taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and boil corn, grind it coarsely.
  2. Make a paste of onion garlic ginger and green chilli. Heat oil and butter in a pan or kadai. Add the onion paste and corn paste together.
  3. Add haldi and salt and cook till it leaves oil. Make puree of tomatoes and add in the kadai. Now add the dry masala and cook. Add milk and cook for few minutes.
  4. Cut the paneer in cubes and add in the gravy. Cook for few more minutes and off the gas. Garnish it and serve it hot with roti paratha or naan.

Nice & different. In absence of Shahi Paneer Masala i have used Everst Kitchen King masala. Added Kasuri Methi & 1 tsp of suger & fresh cream for blended test. Thanks & Regards.
