Dark chocolate 100 gms
Paper Cups 6
Fresh strawberries 100 gms
Sugar 50 gms
Semi sweet Chocolate 100 gms
Whipped Cream 200 gms
Coffee 1 tsp
Fresh Strawberries and Powdered sugar for garnishing

Instructions

Preparing Cups: Chop 100gms of dark chocolate and melt it in double boiler. Fill each cup a little less than half with chocolate and rotate to coat all sides of the cup with a thick layer of chocolate.
Place them on a piece of parchment paper upside down. Refrigerate the cups for at least 30 minutes.
For Strawberry puree: Chop the strawberries. Add strawberries and sugar into a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 to 10 minute and remove from heat. Sieve it.
For Chocolate strawberry filling: Melt 100 gms of semi sweet chocolate in double boiler. Add the strawberry puree and mix it.
Whip the cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the chocolate strawberry mixture with the whipped cream. Add coffee powder.
Assemble the cups. Make a small cut at one end of each mold and tear them off to reveal the chocolate cups. Fill the chocolate cups with strawberry chocolate filling.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
Before serving, top each cup with fresh strawberries and sprinkle powdered sugar/Cocoa powder on top.
