Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Sweet corn - 1
  2. oil - 2 tsp
  3. mustard - 1\2 tsp
  4. pepper powder - 1\2 tsp
  5. chat masala - 1\4 tsp (optional)
  6. Salt - to taste
  7. grated coconut - 2 tbsp
  8. curry leaves - few

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook sweet corn with water for 3-4 whistle (you can even microwave it for 5-6 mins).
  2. When done, using a sharp knife shred the kernels alone from it.
  3. Heat oil a pan, pop out mustard, curry leaves and then add the corn kernels to it.
  4. Add salt &pepper powder, mix. Lastly add grated coconut and switch off.
  5. If using chat masala just before serving add it.
