Ingredients to make Egg Rolls

  • For the stuffing :
  • Sliced onion - 1
  • Chopped cucumber - 1/2 cup
  • Chopped green chillies - 2
  • Kasundi - 1 tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Black salt - 1/2 tsp
  • For the paratha :
  • maida - 1 cup
  • Refined oil - 2 tbsp
  • salt as per taste
  • eggs - 3

How to make Egg Rolls

  1. Mix the maida, salt, refined oil and knead a dough with little water. Rest it for 15 minutes.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients together.
  3. Roll the dough to form thick rotis and roast on a tawa pan and keep them aside.
  4. Now whisk the eggs with some salt, heat a pan with little oil.
  5. Pour little egg mixture on the pan, put a roasted roti.
  6. Fry on both sides till egg is done.
  7. Put little salad mixture and roll it. Serve hot.
