ABOUT Katori Chaat RECIPE

Absolutely fat free made with baked bread.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 15 bread ( I made 16 katori)
  2. White matar soaked for 6-7 hrs
  3. milk as needed
  4. Whipped curd as needed
  5. Imli ki mithi chutney as needed
  6. Imli ka pani as per taste
  7. 4-5 chopped green chilly
  8. 2 muli/ radish (ghisi hui)
  9. chopped green coriander
  10. Roasted jeera powder 2 tsp
  11. Black salt as per taste
  12. Red chilli powder as per taste
  13. Chaat masala
  14. Aloo bhujiya for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the corners of bread and soak them in milk and make a soft smooth dough of it.
  2. Now take muffin moulds and put small balls of this dough and shape it according to the muffin mould.
  3. Now preheat the microwave on convection mode on 180 degree and bake it for 20-25 mins.
  4. Take them out of mould.
  5. Cook the soaked white matar in preasure cooker till soft.
  6. Put little water to it so that it is little dry.
  7. Now place these baked katori in serving plates and put cooked matar in it and then one by one all the other ingredients.
  8. At last put the Bhujiya and serve.
