Choco-Vanilla Pudding

Ingredients to make Choco-Vanilla Pudding

  • 8 slices of bread
  • 4 tbsp drinking chocolate
  • 1 tsp coffee powder
  • 3 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup mixed dry fruits (almonds,cashewnuts, raisins)
  • 1 family pack vanilla ice cream (10 scoops of ice cream)

How to make Choco-Vanilla Pudding

  1. Grind the bread slices in a mixer to make a fine crumbs.
  2. Pour some ghee in pan and add nuts to roast till golden brown.
  3. Add the chocolate powder, coffee, sugar and roasted nuts and mix well.
  4. Take a glass dish and spread ice- cream evenly at bottom of the dish. This is first layer.
  5. Second layer is bread crumbs mixture. Sprinkle the mixture and press lightly.
  6. Third layer is ice-cream. Spread evenly.
  7. Last layer is remaining bread crumbs mixture and press lightly.
  8. Decorate with remaining nuts and with chocolate sauce.
  9. The pudding is ready to set in freezer for 4 to 5 hours.
  10. Serve chilled.

My Tip:

For non-coffee lovers and kids, they can skip coffee. For kids you can add cherries for decoration.
