ABOUT Chocolate Mousse RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 Eggs
  2. 4 slightly heaped tbsp cocoa powder
  3. 4 tbsp maple syrup
  4. 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted and cooled
  5. a dash of vanilla essence

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk until smooth.
  2. Divide into two ramekins and put in the fridge for at least 30 mins to set.
  3. Serve with a tiny spoon.
