ABOUT 2 in 1 Kulfi RECIPE

A chocolate and vanilla kulfi with a splash of chocolate sauce makes it a wonderful dessert.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. full fat milk 1 litre
  2. Sugar 100 grams
  3. Vanilla essence 1/2 teaspoon
  4. cocoa powder 1 teaspoon
  5. dry fruits (raisins and cashew pieces) 2 tablespoon
  6. chocolate syrup 1 tablespoon
  7. grated chocolate 2 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Boil milk until it is reduced to three- fourth of its quantity.
  2. Add sugar and boil for ten more minutes.
  3. Divide it equally into two vessels.
  4. To one part, add vanilla essence and dry fruits and boil for five minutes. Let cool.
  5. To the other half, add cocoa powder and boil for five minutes. Keep it aside.
  6. Take kulfi mould, pour chocolate kulfi to half the volume. Drizzle a bit of chocolate powder and set it in the refrigerator for an hour.
  7. Pour vanilla kulfi over it and drizzle some chocolate syrup over it.
  8. Allow it to set for a couple of hours.
  9. Unmould and serve.
