A quick, no-fuss laddu recipe that is best suited for bhog during festivals like Navrathri or Durga Puja. In this recipe, I have used chia seeds that is rich in Omega-3 & Omega-6 essential fatty acids, protein and dietary fiber with antioxidant properties. I have roasted the almonds to enhance their flavour and crunchiness. For sweetening the dessert, I have used dates and raisins. They add to the health quotient of the recipe and also act as a good binding agent while shaping laddus. Chia seeds can be used raw and gets powdered well along with badams.
