Vegetables Caramelized With Brown Sugar, Dark Chocolate With Added Lime Juice And Served With Cocoa Buttered Garlic Rice And Chocolate Barbecue Sauce Accompanied By Oats and Potato Cutlet.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. For the caramelized Vegetables:
  2. French beans 200 gms
  3. Carrots 200 gms
  4. Cauliflower 15 florets ( medium )
  5. Butter 1 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Brown sugar 5 tsp
  8. Dark Chocolate grated 1 tsp
  9. Pepper powder 1 tsp
  10. Garlic crushed 1/2 tsp
  11. For Rice:
  12. Rice (long grain) 1 cup
  13. Butter 1 tbsp
  14. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  15. Cocoa powder 1 tsp
  16. For Sauce:
  17. Dark chocolate 1 cup
  18. Soya Sauce 1 Tbsp
  19. Honey 1 tbsp
  20. Brown sugar 2 tbsp
  21. Brewed Coffee 1 tbsp
  22. Cayenne pepper powder 1 tsp
  23. Tomato Ketchup 1 Tbsp
  24. Onion 1 big ( chopped fine )
  25. Garlic crushed 1 tbsp
  26. Freshly ground mustard seeds 1 tsp
  27. Freshly ground pepper 1 tsp
  28. Chocolate Syrup 2 tsp
  29. Low Calorie Soft Cheese
  30. Olive oil 2 tbsp
  31. For cutlets:
  32. Boiled Potatoes 3 ( medium )
  33. Maggi noodles oats dry ground 1 cup
  34. Besan ( gram flour ) 1 tbsp
  35. Garlic crushed 1 tsp
  36. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  37. Coriander leaves finely chopped 1 tbsp
  38. Salt Chilli Powder, Garam masala to taste
  39. Oil for shallow frying

Instructions

  1. To prepare vegetables:
  2. Heat butter in a nonstick pan. Add crushed garlic.
  3. Add vegetables and saute with salt. Stir fry on medium flame.
  4. After half done add Brown Sugar, and pepper. Let it cook, add Grated Chocolate. Saute for 5 minutes. Reserve little Syrup, put in a Hot Case.
  5. For Rice:
  6. Saute rice in butter with crushed garlic. Saute till brown then add hot water with added cocoa powder and let It cook.
  7. For Sauce:
  8. Heat olive oil in a pan, add onion and fry till golden brown. Add garlic. Stir in chocolate, brown sugar, ketchup, soya sauce, cayenne pepper and stir continuously. Add honey, crushed peppers, mustard seeds and vinegar. Adjust salt and add low calorie soft cheese.
  9. Till the sauce thickens prepare sizzler plate. Heat the plate, grease it and cover with greased cabbage leaves. Put cutlets on one side and Veggies on the other side. Serve hot rice with sizzling chocolate barbecue sauce.
