ABOUT Monsoon Pakoras RECIPE

Crispy and crunchy pakoras.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 500 gms Yellow moong dal
  2. 4-5 tbsp kasoori methi
  3. 5 tbsp chopped green chillies
  4. 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  5. 1 tbsp chaat masala
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Mustard Oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. Soak moong dal for 3-4 hours. Drain water. and grind it coarsely (not fine paste).
  2. Heat mustard oil on medium flame. Take moong dal batter and mix kasoori methi, green chillies, ginger, chaat masala and salt.
  3. Stir well. To make pakoras take small portion of batter fry them on medium flame till golden brown. Enjoy crispy pakoras with green chutney.
