Ingredients to make Karela Fry

  • 1/4 kg karela
  • 3 to 4 spoon besan
  • salt
  • little turmeric powder
  • 1 spoon red chilli powder
  • oil to fry

How to make Karela Fry

  1. Cut the karela in finger shape and add salt and keep aside for half an hour.
  2. Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and Besan to it keep aside.
  3. Now fry the karela in a pan as we fry fish and serve with lunch or dinner.
