  • 1 cup makhana roasted & crushed
  • Green chilli 2
  • saunf crushed 1 tsp
  • Roasted & crushed peanuts 2 tbsp
  • paneer 50 gram grated
  • Peas (hare matar) frozen or fresh 3/4 cup
  • coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  • pudina chopped 2 tbsp
  • amchur 1 tsp
  • Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  • Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  • Black salt 1/4 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  • Desi ghee for frying

How to make Aloo Makhana Matar Tikki

  1. Mix all the ingredients & shape the aloo makhana matar mixture into small cutlets & pan fry them in a little ghee or oil.
