Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 medium potatoes boiled & mashed
  2. 1 cup makhana roasted & crushed
  3. Green chilli 2
  4. Saunf crushed 1 tsp
  5. Roasted & crushed peanuts 2 tbsp
  6. Paneer 50 gram grated
  7. Peas (hare matar) frozen or fresh 3/4 cup
  8. Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
  9. Pudina chopped 2 tbsp
  10. Amchur 1 tsp
  11. Black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
  12. Chaat masala 1 tsp
  13. Garam masala 1/2 tsp
  14. Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
  15. Black salt 1/4 tsp
  16. Salt to taste
  17. Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
  18. Desi ghee for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients & shape the aloo makhana matar mixture into small cutlets & pan fry them in a little ghee or oil.
  2. Serve with dip or chutney.
