The traditional sandesh with extra flavour of khoya.
Mix the milk powder, ghee and milk together to form a paste.
Heat this in a microwave for 3 minutes, in pulses of 30 seconds, to form the khoya. Keep aside.
To make the Chenna, boil the milk and then add the lemon juice to cut it.
Strain in a muslin cloth, wash it and keep it under some weight for atleast 1 hour.
Now mix the khoya and the Chenna together and mash it with the palm, to make it smooth.
Cook this on a nonstick pan, with the sugar powder, cardamom powder and Kesar.
Cook till it thickens.
Cool it and shape it using a mould.
Serve.
