Banana Kheer

Ingredients to make Banana Kheer

  • 2 bananas
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp cashews paste
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp ghee

How to make Banana Kheer

  1. Heat the pan, add milk. When it starts boiling, add cashews paste, stir well to avoid lumps.
  2. Make paste of 1 banana, add the banana paste to the boiling milk. Stir well and cook on a low flame for 3 to 4 minutes on a low flame.
  3. Heat another pan, add ghee, chop the other banana and fry this in ghee until golden. To this, add honey, stir well and fry for 2 minutes. Switch off the flame, add this to the boiling banana mixture, stir well and keep some fried banana for decoration.
  4. Now add the condensed milk, stir well and cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Easy quick and tasty banana kheer is ready.
