ABOUT Instant Rose Coconut Burfi RECIPE

A very quick and easy recipe to enjoy in this festival days, Rose Coconut Barfi which is made with Condensed milk. Dessicated coconut and the flavor of rose.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 250 gm Dessicated Coconut
  2. 200 gm Sweet condensed milk (Half tin)
  3. 3-4 drops Rose Essence
  4. 1/2 tsp Cardamom powder
  5. 10-15 Cashews nuts, chopped
  6. 10-12 Almonds, sliced

Instructions

  1. For preparing instant coconut Barfi, heat condensed milk in a wok on medium flame. Add coconut powder and mix really well. Then to the pan add cashews and Cardamom Powder stir until all ingredients are mixed well.
  2. 2. Keep the flame medium-low.
  3. Turn off the flame and add Rose essence, mix well. After 2 minutes transfer the roasted mixture to the greased plate and spread it evenly. Smooth out the mixture nicely.
  4. Then sprinkle the Almonds over the Barfi mixture and press them gently with a spatula. Place it in a cool place to set the Barfi.
  5. After 10 to 15 minutes, cut the Barfi into desired size pieces. Rose Coconut Barfi is ready to serve.

before putting rose essence for how many minutes the coconut and milkmaid mixture is cooked on low flame?
