Ingredients to make Egg Omelette Roll

  • 3 egg
  • oil as required
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 chopped tomato
  • 1 chopped capsicum
  • 2 choped green chilli
  • salt as per taste
  • pepper as per taste
  • Milk 1 cup
  • flour 1/2 cup

How to make Egg Omelette Roll

  1. in a blender, combine eggs, milk, flour, salt and pepper.
  2. Cover and process until smooth.
  3. Next add all veggies.
  4. Mix well.
  5. Heat non stick pan.
  6. Add oil.
  7. Pour egg mixture in a pan.
  8. Carefully loosen the edges of the omelette.
  9. Flip and cook the other side.
  10. Carefully roll up the omelette.
  11. Cut into pieces and serve.
