Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Wheat flour 1 cup
  2. Maida 1 cup
  3. Salt 1 tsp
  4. 1 tsp oil
  5. For Filling
  6. 1/2 cup Grated Cheese
  7. 2 Eggs
  8. 2 green chilli finely chopped
  9. 1/2 bunch coriander leaves finely chopped
  10. Salt to taste
  11. 4 garlic pods finely chopped
  12. Oil 2 tbsp for making paratha

Instructions

  1. Make a soft dough adding enough water, keep this aside for 15 minutes. Take a bowl, add egg, beat well. To this add green chilli, coriander leaves, minced garlic, grated cheese and salt, mix well.
  2. Divide the dough into equal portions, take one portion of dough and roll it very thin as much as you can. Apply the egg mixture and fold the dough like a square packet.
  3. Heat the pan, place the square packet paratha, cook on low flame for 3 to 4 minutes smearing with oil. Cook until brown and soft. Serve with ketchup.
