ABOUT Cheesy Egg Fiesta RECIPE

Eggs boiled, grated and baked with paneer, Cheese, and Veggies.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs 3
  2. Cauliflower Florets grated 1 tbsp
  3. Cabbage grated 1 tbsp
  4. Carrot grated 2 tbsp
  5. Spinach blanched and finely chopped 1 tbsp
  6. Boiled corn 1 tbsp
  7. Paneer grated 2 tbsp
  8. Maida / wheat flour 2 tbsp
  9. Milk 1/2 cup
  10. Fresh cream 1 tbsp
  11. Dried herbs 1 tbsp
  12. Almonds blanched and chopped 1 tbsp
  13. Pistachio (salted) chopped 1 tbsp
  14. Roasted Garlic flakes 1 tsp
  15. Pepper 1 tsp
  16. Chilli flakes 1 tsp
  17. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  18. Cheese grated 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Boil eggs. Sieve flour with baking powder. Preheat oven at 180 C.
  2. Mix flour, grated veggies, spinach and corn. Add grated paneer. Now add milk and mix well. Add fresh cream, salt, pepper and chilli flakes. Add grated eggs.
  3. Transfer in a greased baking pan. Spread herbs (I used Parsley and Oregano ) and Cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or till cheese melts.
  5. Serve with Thai chill sauce.
