ABOUT Indian Masala Omelette RECIPE

Twist of Indian spices and veggies in simple omelette.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Eggs 2
  2. 1 cup chopped onion, tomato and capsicum
  3. Chopped coriander leaves 1 tbsp
  4. Salt to taste
  5. Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
  6. Pinch of turmeric powder
  7. Pinch of garam masala

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, break eggs and whisk it.
  2. Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and garam masala and whisk again.
  3. Add chopped veggies.
  4. Take a pan, spread little ghee/butter/oil.
  5. Pour whisked omelette batter.
  6. Cook from both the sides.
  7. Serve with ketchup.
