Mango Rice

Ingredients to make Mango Rice

  • Raw mango 1
  • turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  • mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
  • urad dal 1 teaspoon
  • curry leaves 10
  • hing 1 pinch
  • Cooked rice 200 g
  • salt as required
  • oil 2 tablespoon

How to make Mango Rice

  1. Be ready with the cooked rice and grated mango.
  2. Heat a pan, pour oil, add mustard seeds as it splutters, add Urad dal.
  3. Then add curry leaves and grated mango, add turmeric powder, salt and hing.
  4. Let it cook for 3 min and switch off the flame.
  5. Now let it be for 10 mins, after that add steamed rice and mix it. Now it is ready.
