Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients to make Egg Fried Rice

  • Steamed rice 200g
  • oil 3-4 tablespoon
  • onion 1 finely chopped
  • garlic 2 nos chopped
  • carrot 1 no finely chopped
  • Beans 50g finely chopped
  • capsicum 1 finely chopped
  • egg 2 nos
  • Soya sauce 2 teaspoon
  • chilly sauce 2 teaspoon
  • sugar 1 pinch
  • salt as required

How to make Egg Fried Rice

  1. Beat eggs with salt and pepper and pour in a pan and as it cooks cut into small pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and a little sugar. As it turns golden brown, put all the veggies expect capsicum. Put the lid for some time and add capsicum.
  3. Now pour soya sauce, chilly sauce and salt, saute it well.
  4. Then add rice and prepared egg and mix it well on high flame.
  5. Egg fried rice is ready.
