Ingredients to make Butter Idli

  • 1 cup sooji
  • 1 tbsp eno
  • salt as per taste
  • curry leaves 8-10
  • Rai 1/2 tsp
  • butter as required
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Sliced green chillies as per taste

How to make Butter Idli

  1. Pour sooji into a bowl.
  2. Add curd and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Keep for aside for half an hour.
  5. Add eno.
  6. Cook idlis.
  7. After cooking, melt butter.
  8. Add rai, sliced green chillies and curry leaves in a pan.
  9. Add idlis in pan and coat nicely with butter.
