ABOUT Butter Idli RECIPE

Soft and spicy butter idlis.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 1 cup sooji
  2. 1 tbsp eno
  3. salt as per taste
  4. curry leaves 8-10
  5. Rai 1/2 tsp
  6. butter as required
  7. 1 cup Yogurt
  8. Sliced green chillies as per taste

Instructions

  1. Pour sooji into a bowl.
  2. Add curd and salt.
  3. Mix well.
  4. Keep for aside for half an hour.
  5. Add eno.
  6. Cook idlis.
  7. After cooking, melt butter.
  8. Add rai, sliced green chillies and curry leaves in a pan.
  9. Add idlis in pan and coat nicely with butter.
