Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 200 gms minced meat
  2. ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
  3. 1 boiled egg
  4. Homemade Garam masala 1 tsp
  5. Bunch of coriander leaves and Mint leaves
  6. salt according to taste
  7. chilli powder according to taste
  8. Half a lime juice
  9. oil to fry


  1. Mix minced meat, coriander, pudina and garam masala. Cook for 5 minutes in a pan with little oil. Let the water dry out.
  2. Grind and make it into a paste. Add the lime juice and mix again. Keep aside.
  3. Boil the egg and take out the shell.
  4. Take the meat mix in your hand and make a flat patty, then place the boiled egg on it and cover it with the rest of the meat mix.
  5. Seal the egg well in the meat cover.
  6. Heat oil in a kadai and slowly deep fry the kofta till the meat is done and a nice golden brown colour appears.
  7. Garnish with few coriander and mint leaves and serve with chutney, achar or ketchup.
