Yummy lip smacking mutton mince curry.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. 1/2 kg mutton mince
  2. 4 onions chopped
  3. 6 tomatoes finely chopped
  4. 16 cloves garlic
  5. 2" ginger
  6. 4 green chillies
  7. 2 tbsp coriander Seeds
  8. 3 tsp jeera
  9. 4-5 pieces cinnamon (1")
  10. 8 cloves
  11. 10 peppercorns
  12. 1 tsp garam masala
  13. 1 tsp or to taste chilli powder
  14. 2 tsp turmeric powder
  15. 1 cup coriander leaves
  16. 2 cups coconut milk
  17. salt to taste
  18. 1 1/2 cup green peas

Instructions

  1. Wash and strain mince.
  2. Grind all dry and wet spices together to a fine paste.
  3. Apply 1/2 of the paste to the mutton and keep aside.
  4. In a thick bottom pan, heat oil and saute onions till golden brown. Add in tomatoes and cook well till oil is released.
  5. Add in the masala paste and saute for a minute. Add in the kheema and cook covered for 10- 12 min.
  6. Finally add in the coconut milk, spices according to one's taste. Add salt to taste.
  7. Enjoy as per your choice with rice or roti. It's simply irresistible.
