Chicken Kebab

Ingredients to make Chicken Kebab

  • chicken 1/2 kg
  • 2 tbsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/2 tsp garam masala
  • 4 tbsp corn flour
  • 2 tbsp maida flour
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • curry leaves handful
  • Food colour 1/2 tsp
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 1 egg
  • oil for Deep frying

How to make Chicken Kebab

  1. Wash and clean the chicken pieces.
  2. Take a mixing bowl, add egg, ginger garlic paste and beat well.
  3. Now add washed chicken pieces to the egg mixture, mix well. Add chilli powder, garam masala, jeera powder, corn flour, maida flour, curry leaves and salt and mix well.
  4. Now add lime juice, mix well until the chicken is well coated. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
  5. Heat the kadai, add enough oil for deep frying. When the oil is hot, add the chicken pieces, fry until crisp and golden.
  6. Serve hot with lemon wedges and onion.
