Ingredients to make Kesar Peda

  • Condensed milk 3/4 cup
  • Milk powder 3/4 cup
  • elaichi powder 1/2 tsp
  • Castor sugar 1 tsp
  • kesar few strands dissolved 2 tsp milk
  • almond for garnish
  • ghee 1 tsp

How to make Kesar Peda

  1. Take a heavy bottom kadhai. Put ghee, add condensed milk. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Add milk powder. Cook continuously so that lumps are not formed. Cook till the mixture leaves the edges.
  3. Add elaichi powder, sugar and kesar milk. Cook for 2 minutes.
  4. Turn off the gas. Let it cool a little.
  5. Grease your hand with ghee. Make pedas.
  6. Garnish with almond.

My Tip:

Sugar should be added after tasting.
