A wonderful finger food to provide relief for sore gums!

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 Ripe Banana, cut into fingers
  2. 1/2 cup Fresh, thick yogurt
  3. 1/4 cup Roasted peanuts, crushed

Instructions

  1. Dip each banana finger into the yogurt.
  2. Drop it into a small dish of crushed peanuts, turning it over till well coated.
  3. Place the coated banana finger on parchment and freeze till firm.
  4. Serve.
