Great tasting pizza envelope

Ingredients Serving: 2

Maida 1 cup
Refined oil 3 tsp
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Capsicum(red, green) 1/2 cup
Onion, cut into long slices 1
Salt to taste
Mixed herbs

Instructions

Knead dough by adding maida, salt, water and 2 tsp oil.
Rest for 5 minutes.
Take a small ball from dough and keep aside to make leaves .
Roll long oval rotis from the remaining dough.
Spread cheese in between leaving the corners.
Now put capsicum and onion on it. Spread salt and herbs on it.
Now seal the roti as shown in the picture.
Now make leaves from kept aside dough and put on the main envelope.
Bake in a preheated microwave at 200 degree for 45 minutes or till golden in colour.
Serve with ketchup.
