ABOUT Pancake cups with fresh fruits RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. All purpose flour 1/2 cup
  2. Milk 1/2 cup
  3. Sugar 3 tsp
  4. Eggs 2
  5. Baking Powder 1 Tsp
  6. Butter 3 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients together.
  2. Preheat oven at 200 degrees centigrade for 10 mins.
  3. Take cupcake moulds, ramekins or normal cups also are fine.
  4. Grease them with butter.
  5. Now pour the batter in the moulds.
  6. Bake in the oven for 15 -17 mins.
  7. Let them cool down for 5 mins.
  8. Cut little to give cup shape with a knife.
  9. Garnish with fresh fruits, honey, peanut butter or chocolate spread.
