ABOUT Baby's Paneer Uttapam (8+months) RECIPE

Soft and easily digestible suji uttapams with the added nutrition of carrot and paneer.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 tbsp Semolina (suji)
  2. 1/2 cup fresh, full fat Curd
  3. 1 small washed, scraped and grated Carrot
  4. 2 tbsp fresh Paneer, grated
  5. Ghee as required
  6. 1 tsp Coriander leaves, chopped
  7. A pinch of Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the curd and suji well and keep aside for 15 minutes.
  2. Heat a non stick pan.
  3. Make small uttapams or pancakes with the suji mixture on the hot pan.
  4. Top with the grated carrot and paneer.
  5. Drizzle a few drops of ghee on the edges.
  6. Cover and cook uttapam for a few minutes, garnish with coriander leaves and black pepper and serve.
