ABOUT Egg Noodles RECIPE

It's dedicated to my kiddo who loves noodles.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Eggs - 2
  2. Chopped veggies - Green capsicum - 1 , Onion - 1 medium, Tomato - 1
  3. Noodles - 1 cup ( boiled & strained)
  4. Soya sauce - 1 tbsp
  5. Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
  6. White vinegar - 1 tbsp
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Oil - 2 tbsp
  9. Black pepper crushed - 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Beat one egg, add black pepper & a pinch of salt and put oil in pan, put mixture of egg & cook. Keep aside.
  2. In same pan add oil, veggies and toss a little .
  3. Now add boiled noodles and again toss after adding soya sauce, vinegar and salt to taste.
  4. Now add prepared the egg into it, mix well and cook for one minute.
  5. Serve in a dish and garnish with boiled eggs on top .
