Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 hard boiled Eggs
  2. 2 Onions, sliced
  3. 1/2 Tomato, sliced
  4. 2 tsp Chilli powder
  5. 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  6. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  7. 1/2 tsp Garam masala
  8. 2 tbsp Oil
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil egg for 10 minutes. Let it cool. Remove the shells and keep aside.
  2. Heat the pan, add oil. When oil is hot add onions and fry till translucent.
  3. Now add salt and tomato and cook until the tomatoes are soft.
  4. Then add all the dry ingredients - chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Stir.
  5. Add 1/4 cup water and stir. Now add the crisscross boiled eggs to the masala.
  6. Fry until the egg coats well or for 4 minutes.
  7. Simple and easy egg fry is ready. Serve with sambar-rice, chapati, roti or naan.
