Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 11/2 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup icing sugar
  3. 1/2 cup milk
  4. 100 gram butter
  5. 100 ml condensed milk
  6. 1 small mango chopped
  7. Pinch salt
  8. Pinch food colour ( optional)
  9. 1 tbs baking powder
  10. Pinch baking soda

Instructions

  1. Add all the dry ingredients in a large bowl, mix well with a wooden spoon and keep aside.
  2. In another bowl add butter and sugar, mix it with an electric hand blender. Then add chopped mango, milk, condensed milk and mango extract. Make a smooth paste.
  3. Add the dry ingredients in this paste. Mix well with the wooden spoon. Make it a smooth mixture.
  4. Grease the tin with oil add the mixture in the tin. Bake it at 180°C.for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes check with a tooth pick, if it comes out clean then the cake is ready.
  5. Enjoy with tea and coffee.
