ABOUT Instant Tangy Choco Pound Souffle RECIPE

I had made sorbet by adding egg for my recipe. I added salty biscuits (Monaco) to it. I added ice cream to it and blended all together. Then i added dark chocolate to it and refrigerated.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Lime Sorbet 1/2 cup
  2. Egg white beaten 1/2 (if sorbet is without egg)
  3. Vanilla ice cream 1 cup
  4. Monaco biscuits 25
  5. Dark chocolate 1/2 (I took 8 squares of Amul Dark Chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Add well beaten egg white to the sorbet. Keep in refrigerator.
  2. Melt dark chocolate in double boiler or microwave till melt. Cool.
  3. Grind Monacco biscuits and add sorbet and ice cream. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Make a pound. Add liquid dark chocolate and swirl with a fork.
  5. Refrigerate and enjoy your souffle.
