Egg Fry

Ingredients to make Egg Fry

  • egg 3
  • oil 3 tsp
  • chilly powder 2 TSP
  • turmeric powder 1 tsp
  • pepper powder 1 tsp
  • cumin Powder 1/2 Tsp
  • coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • salt to taste
  • Water as required for boiling the egg

How to make Egg Fry

  1. In a pan add some water and boil the eggs till it is hard boiled. Remove the shell and keep aside.
  2. In a bowl take all the masala ingredients mentioned above. Add Salt to taste. Mix well and add few drops of water and make a very thick paste.
  3. Take the boiled eggs and roll over the thick masala paste.
  4. Then cut the eggs into halves, dip and coat nicely the masalas in the egg.
  5. Heat the tawa, drizzle the oil all over the tawa and fry the eggs on both sides till golden.
