Ingredients to make All about@Egg

  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 spoon vineger
  • 1 spoon salt
  • Pinch of Black pepper
  • One big sweet potato ( half boiled)
  • Some sauce & herbs for plating

How to make All about@Egg

  1. One egg keep for boiling with salt .
  2. Cut sweet potato in small piece like a disk. And keep it for swallowfry with pinch of salt and black pepper. If colour is light brown in everywhere and cooked also than stop cooking.
  3. Egg is boiled than pick it in a bowl and keep for cooling and for poaching the egg in same water put a small size bowl for heating like double boiling technique with one spoon water, 1/2 spoon vinegar and pinch of salt. If water of bowl is boiled than add one other egg (Brock).
  4. Cook slowly with water. If require than cover the pan with lid for some few minutes.
  5. After that keep cooling the poached egg. After some cooling pull it with spoon from bowl very gently. And sprinkled salt and black pepper.
  6. Now time to plating...spread sauce than put grate boiled egg ( only white part and yellow part keep for plating) than sweet potato and than porched egg on the top.
  7. Garnish with herbs and fruit according to your choice.
