Ingredients to make Eggchop

  • 6smash potatoes 2green chopped onion
  • 1/2bowl boil green peas
  • Grated cheese
  • salt
  • butter
  • Chilliflakes
  • oregano
  • 3eggs yolk
  • 2cheese cube

How to make Eggchop

  1. Boil potatoes cool it at room temperature and peel it skin and smash with potato smasher.
  2. Mix all veg's, salt, grated some cheese and make tikki with moulds.
  3. Now in a plate arrange tikki dipped in a egg yolk. (take in 1big bowl egg yolk so u can easily dip tikki.)
  4. Now arrange tikki in microphone plate and on that pour more egg yolk one side. Arrange some cheese pieces and microwave 40/50seconds
  5. Add melted butter 2spoon or more butter in egg yolk.
  6. Pl. Keep eyes on micro while microwaving tikki to prevent it burn
  7. Readyy serve hot. Happy cooking

My Tip:

Smash potatoes proper for better taste of this recipe.
