Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Milk - 2 ltrs.
  2. lemon juice - 1 table spoon.
  3. Sugar - 1/2 cup
  4. Chopped Pistachios and almond

Instructions

  1. Take 2 deep heavy vessel
  2. In equal quantity pour the milk in both the vessels.
  3. On medium flame let the milk in both the vessels boil.
  4. Put lemon juice in one vessel.
  5. Then chenna separates from the milk sieve the mixture with a clean cloth and strain the excess water
  6. In the other vessel milk should be boiled till it reduces to half.
  7. The consistency of the milk will become thick.
  8. Now add chenna to the milk and stir it continuously.
  9. Cook the mixture till it gets thick and looks like mawa.
  10. Add sugar to it and stir the mixture.
  11. Cook it till the mixture reaches in the form of the making a burfee.
  12. Take a tray and grease it with little oil.
  13. Pour the mixture into the tray and let it set.
  14. Garnish the mixture with chopped pistachios and almonds.
  15. Cut it into desired shape .
