Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Hilsha fish 4pcs
  2. mustard PASTE 2TBSP
  3. Poppy seed paste 2tbsp
  4. Hang curd 1tsp
  5. mustard oil 6tsp
  6. salt as per taste
  7. Turmaric powder 1/2 tsp
  8. Green chili paste 1tbsp


  1. Marinate the fish pieces with salt and turmeric powder for 5 min.
  2. Take a bowl. Add mustard paste, poppy seed paste, hang curd, green chili paste, salt and water. Mix it.
  3. Add mustard oil to this mixture and mix delicately to the marinated fish pieces.
  4. Transfer the entire mixture to a microwave proof bowl.
  5. Allow to Cook for 6 mins in micro full power.
  6. Serve it with steamed hot rice.
