Shahitukda double ka meetha is all time favourite dessert and is must on diwali.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 6-8Bread slices
  2. 1/2 cup Ghee
  3. 1 cup whipped cream
  4. chopped pistachio
  5. Fresh Rose petals
  6. 2 tbsp lukewarm Milk
  7. few kesar strands
  8. 1/4 cup crushed kalakand or any sweets

Instructions

  1. Cut the bread slices in circle with help of cutter or steel catori..
  2. Then in a kadai or pan fry these with less ghee.
  3. Fry little it becomes crunchy.
  4. After fried take out them on absorbing paper..
  5. Spread some homemade kalakand...
  6. You can use any sweets like burfii ,gulab jamun,sweet mawa or many more on bread tukda.
  7. In lukewarm milk mix some kesar and let be it completely cool down.
  8. Then mix this with whipped cream.
  9. Take a piping bag adjust the nozzle then fill with kesar flavor whipped cream.
  10. Cream out on tukda in any design
  11. Milk quantity is depend on whipped cream. But it will be less
  12. Garnish with chopped pistachio and fresh rose petals
  13. Serve chill ..
