For syrup Heat water and sugar together in a pan .
Add Elaichi powder
Let it come to a boil and let sugar get dissolved completely .
Cook for 4-5 minutes .
Remove from flame and let it cool and strain the syrup .
For jamuns Knead mawa, paneer and maida to a soft dough . If you find it too dry add a spoon of milk to it .
Let it rest for 10 minutes
Now make small equal sized balls . ( remember once you put them in the sugar syrup it's size will enlarge )
Heat ghee in a kadahi
Drop one ball into it to check that it doesn't break . Incase it does add a little more maida .
Now one by one fry them on medium to low flame to get an even colour all over . Remove from kadahi and transfer them into sugar syrup .
Let them remain in the syrup for 1-2 hours and then serve .
